Our payment terms are 50% before starting, 50% before going live. This applies to any new website development as well as any non-trivial new development work. Our payment terms are strictly 5 working days.
Some development cannot be done to fixed budgets - whenever this is the case, we will quote and regularly review, keeping you informed of time spent.
We are entrused with sensitive client data and take confidentially seriously. When required a 2-way non disclosure agreement is available.
Ongoing support is billed on an hourly basis. Pre-paid support is billed in 15 minute increments. Ad-hoc support is billed in one hour increments.
