Infomagnet are looking to fill the following positions.  We're only looking for exceptional people - exceptionally good at what you do is just part of the story.  Exceptionally willing to learn, work and enjoy doing it too......... that completes the picture.  You know who you are if you're truly exceptional and you can help take a small, highly skilled company right to the forefront of our field.

Independent sales agents:

We're looking for highly motivated sales people who love technology and are seen as trend-setters in technology among their peers.  Not only are you good at selling but you've got to be a great listener too.  Selling the kind of websites we build is about listening carefully to requirements and taking a real interest in other people's business.  You will be performing product demonstrations but thinking on your feet as you really need to see how we can help potential clients do great business on the internet.  You get all the support and training you could hope for and great commission.

Infomagnet has no offices but that doesn't make us any less real - only more efficient.  So you'll need to be a real self-starter who is happy to work from home, your favourite cybercafe and from various client locations.  We have clients in the UK, Europe and the Middle East - mosty concentrated in the UK for now and you have the opportunity to build your client base wherever you go.

If you have experience in a specific industry, so much the better - that can really help your sales as this role is all about business to business solutions so you need to gain respect among potential clients quickly.

You don't need to know how to build websites but you will need to be very happy with new technology as you'll quickly learn how leading e-commerce applications are used and built.  Hours are flexible - we're interested in results, so working part time is an option as long as you are committed to regular work.

Template Developer

We're looking for both mid-level and senior Drupal template developers.

You're great with CSS, hot with javascript and understand best practices in coding CMS templates using php template.  You're a perfectionist but pragmatic too.  You'll get plenty of help and guidance from our team and will learn on the job, no matter how skilled you are now.  We always like to push the limit.

Just as important as good coding skills is great communication and a healthy, enthusiastic attitude towards your work.  We're going to give you challenging designs - well specified with good mockups - but challenging.  This is not all run-of-the-mill templating, you're really going to have to think and find elegant solutions.  We're strict about pixel perfect cross browser compatibility and expect you to understand why this is important to our success.  You should be good at estimating work and prepared to work all hours to meet a deadline when it's necessary.

You can work from anywhere as long as you have at least 4 hours overlap with UK working hours per day.  And although we are an officeless company, we do like to meet our staff.  This isn't just solitary coding work - it's fun too.
